All of our quotes include production, water-based timber treatment, delivery within Essex (outside of the low emissions zone), roof felted, windows glazed and are inclusive of VAT. All units have the following features as standard:
- 16mm TGV cladding
- 38mm x 50mm prepared timber framing (over 8 x 6-top and bottom rails are ~50mm x 25mm on smaller units)
- One single door (26’-30’ as standard)
- Windows fitted to one side
- Pad-bolt fitted to door
- 3 Hinges fitted to door
- 2x turn buttons on doors
- 3mm Horticultural glass in windows
- 38kg Heavy duty roofing felt
- Water-based timber treatment
- Pressure treated battens under the floor
